Spinach Salad


5 ounces baby spinach, washed and thoroughly dried
1 ripe pear, cored and diced
3 tablespoons crumbled Gorgonzola cheese  
¼ cup dried cranberries 
4 tablespoons spiced walnuts 
½ cup creamy cider dressing 

Place spinach in a serving bowl. Add pear, cheese, cranberries, and walnuts. Toss with dressing. 
Makes 4 servings.
