Black Bean Dip with Tahini


1 small bunch green onions, chopped (white part only) 
1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
2 tablespoons lemon juice
½ cup tahini (sesame paste) 
1 15.5-ounce can black beans, drained and rinsed

In a serving bowl, combine green onions, cilantro, lemon juice, and tahini. Roughly mash beans in a food processor or blender. Add to bowl, and mix until blended.
Makes 16 servings.
