Raspberry Sauce
1 10-ounce package frozen raspberries (no sugar added)
¼ cup orange juice
½ teaspoon stevia powder
Optional for a thicker version: 2 teaspoons cornstarch
Combine raspberries and orange juice in a small pan; add stevia powder, and simmer until juices thicken slightly. Strain to remove seeds, and cool.
For a thicker sauce or filling, combine cornstarch with 1 tablespoon of water, and add to pan while ingredients are simmering.
Simmer for 3 to 4 more minutes, stirring constantly. Strain to remove seeds, and cool.
Makes 3 servings.
