Baked Tortilla Chips or Whole-Wheat Pita Chips


4 small whole-wheat pitas  or 8-inch corn tortillas,
cut into 8 wedges
Cooking spray
Mrs. Dash or other salt-free seasoning 

Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly coat pita or tortilla wedges with cooking spray, and sprinkle with seasoning. Arrange on a baking sheet, and toast in oven for about 5 minutes, until crispy.
Makes 4 servings.
