Hummus


1 15.5-ounce can no-salt-added garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed
2 teaspoons ground cumin
1 cup packed, flat Italian parsley leaves
5 tablespoons lemon juice
2 cloves garlic 
2 tablespoons tahini (sesame paste) 

Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor; pulse until pureed.
Makes 7 servings.


Serves great with fresh vegetables or with Baked Tortilla Chips or Whole-Wheat Pita Chips.
